Circular Needles Sizes 2.25mm, 2.75mm

It seems the range of popular (and arguably best) Addi circular knitting needles does not include sizes 2.25mm or 2.75mm. Annoying if that is what you need to get the right tension.

I have found Crystal Palace bamboo circulars here in these in-between sizes and after measuring them on my old metal Milward gauge can say they are accurately sized.

The needles are very smooth and more pointed than Addi turbos with a swivel joint between the needle and the thin nylon cord. They are expensive.

I don't find them quite as smooth at the join as Addis but that is a very minor gripe.

I know lots of you have been trying to find these sizes in a "quality" needle and maybe they would work out cheaper if they were ordered from the US at the same time as yarn.

Thanks Kathryn. I'll definately give them a go but they are expensive aren't they. What size do you use more - 2.25 or 2.75mm?

Umm...I probably use the 2.75mm more - but I do use them both.
