I had extra knitting time on the 6 hour drive down to our French house at the weekend and could make uninterrupted progress.
First I finished these little fiddley things for George....
I used some leftover Hipknits Cashmere and the pattern is Rib Wrap Baby Booties from Etsy seller KalamazooKnits.
These Lana Grossa 45%Cotton/42%wool are perfect for Summer. There's a lovely sheen to this yarn - I really like it.
I used a Turkish Cast-On with 12 wraps, increased to 16 over the next 2 rounds then alternate rounds to 30. The heel is my normal no-wrap short row heel but with 2 extra stitches at each end to make a slightly deeper heel.
2.5mm Addi turbo and 3mm for the leg 2x2 rib.
