The cryotherapy was successful!!!
To celebrate the approaching Festive Season and my good health news I'm having a little competition so to be in with a chance of winning Cat Bordhi's new book "New Pathways for Sock Knitters" leave a comment telling me what is your favourite cardigan or long cardigan/jacket knitting pattern - you needn't have knitted it.
The closing date is Friday 14th which gives you a week to think about it and me time to post it to you for Christmas. The winner will be selected randomly from all the comments.

I have to say my favourite cardigan is the feather and fan cardigan I made (on crafty threads n yarns forum)....was going to say tree 'jacket' but really that's a jumper lol
Oh Kathryn, these are some fantastic news! I'm so very glad and relieved that the therapy was successful - now I have all my fingers crossed that you'll be fine again very, very soon!
As for my fave cardigan pattern, it's definitely this one:

I'm *so* in love with it and swear that I will try my hands at it soon! ;)
Great to hear that the treatment has worked! What a nightmare it must have been for you.
Anyway, great prize on offer! My fave cardi pattern atm is the Mrs Darcy Cardigan, free at: http://indieknits.wordpress.com/patterns-2/patterns/. However, it's only available in a small sizing, so I'll have to do some fiddling to get it to fit me....
What wonderful news, Kathryn!
I don't have A favourite cardigan ... I love 'em all!
That is great news kathryn and wishing you and yours a lovely Christmas and a very Happy New Year..

Not that I can knit anything big any more as the weight of that would cause me pain.. that is why socks are so ideal..
Have a great weekend

It'll have to wait until I've got the book - hope hubbie manages to get the right one!!!
Wonderful news Kathryn - I have this book already so leave the competition to others but just wanted to say how pleased I am about your good news!
