It would have been lovely as a shawl! But it is very nearly a pair of socks.
Thank you for your comments! The wool is an opal one and the pattern a freebie that came with the opal. I just placed the bells every 10th stitch.
Did you enjoy Wonderwool? I did! Had a great workshop with Di Gilpin, bought too much silk...
Emily, sadly at the last minute we couldn't go. OH has had major back probs for many years but they flared up badly last Friday and he couldn't bear to be in the car for long periods. Glad you had a good time and I shall look forward to next year!
