It's PoshYarns Tamara - a lace weight 50/50 Cashmere/Merino in colour "Plummy" (about 600yds) on 4.5mm needles and the pattern is here.
It blocked beautifully to 64" x 32".

I make no excus for showing so many pictures. It's lovely isn't it?The colours? All the photos are taken under different conditions and with more than one camera. No picture accurately shows this colourway but the closest is between the first two photos. I spent ages trying to get it more accurate and I could have tried to adjust it afterwards in Photoshop but I decided that would probably make things worse.

Gorgeous. Stunnig. Love it. I looked at this pattern a few weeks ago when Igot the FC pattern. I think yours look better than the original but that may be because yours is just the colour I'd pick myself. And I mean all the different colours depicted in the pics. LOL.
